In late 2007 the Clinton County Department of Emergency Services was preparing to embark on the development of a new tower site in a remote portion of Clinton County where public safety radio communication was limited. So as to ensure all of the necessary steps were covered in this financial endeavor Clinton County enlisted the services of MCM Consulting Group Inc. to guide us through the process.
