MCM Consulting Group, Inc. (MCM) is a privately held consulting firm dedicated solely to serving the Public Safety Telecommunications Community.

The MCM Team is a unique group of individuals who each bring specific skill sets to each project we undertake.

Our team members included Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) experts, GIS Specialist, Network (IT) & Engineers, Telephony & Tower Site Specialists and Two Way Radio experts.

We specialize in providing Public Safety Telecommunication Consulting as well as Telecommunicator, Supervisor, and Management Training to PSAP’s, Emergency Management and Public Safety Agencies.

Our team members have over 200 years of combined Public Safety and Telecommunications experience.

Virtually all of our clients have honored MCM with repeat engagements and referrals to other clients.

Our Team Approach is to provide our clients with informed, unbiased professional advice on communication system operations, training, products, technology and design.

We work diligently to provide our clients insight and analysis when considering new operational procedures, technologies and products as well as effectively managing relationships with vendors.

We support the client’s management team to identify opportunities and products that will enhance performance and increase the reliability and cost efficiency of their network and operations.

Our Role is to provide expert counsel, provide multiple solution scenarios, and monitor the performance of selected vendors.

We help manage vendor relationships in detail to identify what services and products the vendors are capable of providing, set clearly defined timelines and ensure performance that meets contractual commitments, while protecting the vital financial interest of our clients.

With our training programs we ensure the staff of the 9-1-1 Center is prepared to do the difficult job that is asked of them.
